Two Door Cinema Club is an Irish pop-rock band formed in 2007. The group consists of Alex Tremble providing lead vocals as well as rhythm guitar, Kevin Baird on bass, keys, and synths, and Sam Halliday on lead guitar. Two Door Cinema Club also has two additional members, Benjamin Thompson and Jacob Berry, when recording and touring. The trio joined forces in school under the name Life Without Rory before renaming in 2007 and releasing their debut project the following year.
Two Door Cinema Club would release their debut album Tourist History in 2010, breaking onto the scene and scoring an appearance on American television. Their follow up album would release two years later and build upon the band’s success as they released a documentary and hit the festival circuit. Two Door Cinema Club would become a staple on BBC Radio 1 and premiered one of their hits “Changing of the Seasons,” in 2014.
