Deorro Biography

The DJ known as Deorro was born in Los Angeles in 1992. Deorro began DJ-ing while still a teenager, frequently performing at local festivals and events and focusing on dubstep, progressive house, and Dutch house music. In recent years, Deorro has experienced a staggering rise to success, becoming among the most respected and sought after DJs and producers in the music industry today.

In 2012, Deorro began releasing simultaneously a series of highly successful EPs, singles, and remixes, all of which were received with critical acclaim and praise from his contemporaries. Notable EPs from Deorro include: Can You Hear Me, Me, Rock the Party, Elevation, and Play – Crank it Up. Singles include: “For President,” “Get Up,” “Can You Hear Me,” “Booty Bounce,” “The Disco Donnie,” “Stronger,” “Falling,” Let Me Love You,” “Hand Up,” “Queef,” “Lost It,” “Bootie In Your Face,” “Unspoiled Perfection,” “Five Hours,” and “Flashlight.” Many of these works have been released as free downloads via a variety of internet hosting sites, a marketing model which Deorro has embraced. The result is a play count of over 10 million plays via Soundcloud, reaching nearly 100,000 fans, and a fan base on PandaFam which is currently among the largest in existence.
