Louis Tomlinson is an English singer and songwriter born in 1991. He was born and raised in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, and began acting in his teenage years. He had small roles in BBC productions over the years, and through theatre Tomlinson gained a passion for music.
Louis would audition for the X Factor is 2009 and 2010. After his 2010 audition, he was placed in a group with four other men and they formed a band dubbed One Direction.
