Eric Paslay is an American singer and songwriter born in 1983. He was born in Abilene, Texas, before moving to both Waco and Temple over the years. Paslay would begin playing the guitar while in high school and pursued a career sometime after he graduated college.
Eric Paslay would sign a deal with EMI Records in Nashville before releasing his debut single “Never Really Wanted” in 2011. His breakout single “Friday Night” would release in 2013 to critical acclaim and generated numerous chart placements. Eric would release his self-titled debut album the next year to praise and begin working on a followup EP to release in 2017.
