Brad Sherwood was born in 1964 in Chicago, Illinois. He grew up in Sante Fe, New Mexico, and began his pursuit of an acting career when he was still very young, at the age of eight. Upon graduating from Wright State University with a B.F.A. in Acting, he accepted his first major role on L.A. Law.
Brad Sherwood then became one of the recurring performers on Whose Line is it Anyway?, remaining with the show for all eight seasons. In the mid to late 1990’s, Sherwood hosted the Dating Game and the Big Moment, and he has also made appearances on To Tell the Truth, Hollywood Squares, the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, the Drew Carey Shows, and a number of shows for the network VH1.
Most recently in the new millennium, Brad Sherwood could be found performing in An Evening with Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood, and on Drew Carey’s Green Screen Show. Brad Sherwood continues to perform and act regularly.
