Luke Christopher Biography
The American rapper and producer Luke Christopher was born in 1993 in California. Christopher grew up in Westlake Village, where as a teenager he and his brother would ofter write and record their own music thrugh the platform GarageBAnd. After graduating from high school, Luke decided to forgo university studies to instead pursue a career as a performer.
A fortuitous meeting with Interscope’s Jimmy Iovine led to Luke Christopher’s first record deal, straight out of high school. His debut mixtape, Building Skies, followed in 2012, leading to his next major label deal, with RCA. A series of mixtapes followed: TMRW (2012), The Wonder Years Pt 1 (2013), and TMRW Pt II (2014). Notable singles include include “Life Jackets,” “They Know,” “Upside Down,” and “Lot to Learn,” the latter of which rose into the top forty in Australia, Norway, and Sweden.
Today, Luke Christopher is an artist on the rise and one to watch in the coming years. He recently released his debut studio album, “TMRWFRVR,” featuring the single “Waterfalls.”
